The reason? You will be FIRST in line for that search each and every time.
And... as an added bonus remember search engines also pick up OTHER search engines. The ramifications are must LARGER than just FREE (that is just a wonderful bonus to the original idea).
For me I've spent YEARS getting into the search engines and fighting to maintain my keywords placement. I'm not giving that up, but I'm sure as heck not turning down the opportunity to own out-right top keywords for my site at:
